Processing & Shipping Time

Pre-order items require additional production and processing time. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on production, holidays, or carrier delays.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, your entire order may ship together once all items are available unless stated otherwise.

Order Updates

We will keep customers updated throughout the pre-order process. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Cancellations & Refunds

All pre-order purchases are considered final sale. Because items are made and secured specifically for your order, cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks will not be accepted once your order has been placed.

Delays
